The Saniflo Sanipit® 24 GR CB is a pre-assembled 1 HP grinder pump system designed for new residential and commercial sewage ejector installations. It combines a heavy-duty 24-inch HDPE basin, a powerful oil-filled grinder pump with stainless steel cutting blade, and an external control panel with visual and audible alarm into one complete package. The grinder mechanism efficiently reduces solids before pumping wastewater through a 2-inch discharge line, making it ideal for whole-basement bathrooms, multiple plumbing fixtures, and applications requiring reliable wastewater removal. The IP68-rated pump features a triple-redundant pressure switch system, dry-service cavity for easy maintenance, and CSA certification for dependable long-term operation.

Usage

The Sanipit® 24 GR CB is designed to pump black water and gray water from complete residential or commercial building drainage systems. It is suitable for basement bathrooms, entire homes, offices, warehouses, rental units, and other installations where sewage must be lifted to the main sewer line. Its grinder system is capable of processing common sanitary waste while pumping wastewater up to 25 ft vertically or 328 ft horizontally through a 2-inch discharge pipe.
