These Terms apply to all visitors and users of mekcosupply.ca; all customer accounts created through the website; all online purchases, quote requests, pickup orders, delivery orders, shipped orders, warranty submissions, and return requests; all products supplied by Mekco Supply, including plumbing parts, fittings, pipes, valves, pumps, hydronics products, fixtures, accessories, tools, and related supply items; and all communications, invoices, confirmations, and related documents issued by Mekco Supply.

Additional terms may apply to certain transactions, including written quotes, invoices, credit applications, commercial account agreements, manufacturer warranty terms, special-order terms, shipping carrier terms, promotional terms, or product-specific notices. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a written quote, invoice, or commercial credit agreement signed or issued by Mekco Supply, the more specific written document will apply to that transaction.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of mekcosupply.ca, our online store, quote request tools, customer accounts, products, services, order processing, pickup, delivery, shipping, returns, warranty support, and related customer services provided by Mekco Supply Inc.

By accessing the website, creating an account, requesting a quote, placing an order, picking up products, accepting delivery, submitting a return or warranty claim, or continuing to use the website after these Terms are updated, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

These Terms do not reduce any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection, privacy, sale of goods, or other laws. This section does not require you to indemnify Mekco Supply for losses caused by Mekco Supply's own gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or obligations that cannot legally be shifted to you.

You agree that Mekco Supply may communicate with you electronically regarding your account, orders, quotes, payments, invoices, shipments, deliveries, returns, warranty claims, service notices, policy updates, and other transaction-related matters.

Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for maintaining a current email address and monitoring communications related to your orders and account.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the website and updating the 'Last updated' date.

Changes apply to future website use, future orders, and future transactions. Changes will not materially reduce rights for an order already accepted unless required by law, agreed by you, or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, compliance, or operational reasons.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to make it enforceable; if it cannot be made enforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining sections will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any applicable invoice, quote, order confirmation, return authorization, warranty documentation, Privacy Policy, credit agreement, and written terms issued or approved by Mekco Supply, form the entire agreement between you and Mekco Supply regarding the relevant website use, order, product, or service. Sections relating to payment obligations, intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, unpaid balances, and collection rights survive termination.

These Terms and any dispute relating to the website, products, services, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, warranties, or transactions with Mekco Supply are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting Mekco Supply customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute may be brought before the courts of Ontario, Canada, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
