The Copper Press Fitting CxC Union - Lead-Free Brass is a removable union fitting designed to join two sections of copper press tubing while allowing the connection to be easily disconnected for maintenance, repairs, or equipment replacement. Manufactured from lead-free forged brass, the union features copper press sockets on both ends with factory-installed EPDM sealing elements and a precision-machined union nut that creates a secure mechanical joint without disturbing the piping system. The press ends install quickly using a compatible copper press tool, providing a permanent, leak-free, flame-free connection, while the union body allows future disassembly without cutting pipe. Ideal for potable water, hydronic heating, chilled water, and commercial mechanical systems, this fitting is available in 1/2", 3/4", 1", and 1-1/4" sizes.
