Usage

The Little Giant LG-SEW50SA is installed inside sewage ejector basins and lift stations to remove sewage, wastewater, and effluent from plumbing fixtures located below the building's gravity sewer connection. Typical applications include basement bathrooms, laundry rooms, utility sinks, residential additions, septic systems, and wastewater transfer systems. As the liquid level rises inside the basin, the integrated snap-action float switch automatically activates the pump. The clog-resistant impeller moves wastewater and soft solids through the 2-inch FNPT discharge piping. Once the basin reaches the preset shut-off level, the float switch stops the pump automatically, providing dependable unattended operation while helping reduce pump cycling.
