5M - RED/BLUE PEX BALL VALVE LEAD FREE WITH DRAIN

The 5M Full Port Ball Valve with Drain – Crimp PEX × Crimp PEX is a lead-free forged brass shut-off valve designed for use with ASTM F1807 PEX piping systems. Featuring PEX barb connections on both ends, a quarter-turn lever handle available in blue or red, and an integrated drain port, this full-port valve provides unrestricted water flow while allowing the downstream side of the system to be drained for servicing or winterization. The valve is compatible with copper crimp rings or stainless steel clamp rings and is suitable for potable water and hydronic heating applications. Its lead-free construction and PTFE seats provide reliable, long-lasting performance.

Usage

This valve is installed in Crimp PEX water distribution systems wherever reliable shut-off and line draining are required. The integrated drain port allows water to be removed from the downstream side after the valve is closed, making it ideal for isolating plumbing branches, water heaters, fixtures, manifolds, and mechanical equipment during maintenance or seasonal winterization. The blue and red handle options allow easy identification of cold and hot water lines.
