Lyncar - Add-A-StopTee Stop

The LynCar Add-A-Stop Tee Stop Valve is a chrome-plated lead-free brass compression valve designed to add a secondary water supply while providing independent shutoff control for the branch connection. The female swivel compression inlet attaches directly to an existing 3/8 in compression stop valve, the straight-through outlet reconnects the original fixture supply line, and the 1/4 in compression branch outlet supplies appliances such as refrigerator ice makers, reverse osmosis systems, coffee machines, or water filtration units. Its integrated quarter-turn ball valve allows the branch line to be isolated without interrupting water flow to the primary fixture, making installation and future maintenance simple and convenient.

Usage

This valve is installed between an existing 3/8 in compression shutoff valve and the fixture supply line to create an additional independently controlled water outlet. It is commonly used under kitchen and bathroom sinks to provide water to refrigerators, water filters, instant hot water dispensers, humidifiers, and other small appliances. The built-in ball valve allows the secondary line to be shut off for servicing while the main fixture remains in operation.
