5M - Pex - Compression x Pex Fitting - Transition Adapter

The 5M Compression × PEX Transition Adapter is a lead-free brass fitting designed to transition from a standard OD compression connection to a crimp PEX water distribution system. One end features a compression connection for attachment to an existing compression valve or fitting, while the opposite end has a PEX barb that accepts 1/2 in PEX tubing secured with a copper crimp ring or stainless steel clamp. The chrome-plated finish provides corrosion resistance and a clean appearance, making it suitable for residential and commercial potable water systems where a reliable transition between compression and PEX piping is required.

Usage

This transition adapter is used to connect PEX tubing to existing compression valves or compression fittings without replacing the valve or modifying the plumbing system. The compression end attaches to the valve or fitting using a compression nut and ferrule, while the PEX barb is inserted into the tubing and secured with a compatible crimp ring or clamp.
