The Press Brass PEX x Press Adapter 90° Elbow - Lead-Free Brass is a 90-degree transition fitting designed to connect crimp PEX tubing to copper press piping while changing the direction of flow. Manufactured from lead-free forged brass, it features a PEX barb connection on one end and a copper press socket with a factory-installed EPDM sealing element on the other. The PEX barb is secured using a compatible copper crimp ring or stainless-steel clamp, while the press end is installed using a standard copper press tool, creating a permanent, leak-free connection without soldering or open flames. The 90° elbow design is ideal for installations where space is limited or a directional change is required. Available in a 1/2" PEX × 1/2" Press configuration, it is suitable for potable water, hydronic heating, and radiant heating systems.
