CB Supply - PRESS BALL VALVE WITH DRAIN

The CB Supply Full Port Press Ball Valve with Drain is a lead-free forged brass full-port ball valve designed for copper press piping systems. It features press connections on both ends for quick, flame-free installation on ASTM B88 copper tubing using a compatible press tool. An integrated drain (purge) port allows the downstream section of the piping system to be safely drained after the valve is closed, reducing maintenance time and eliminating the need to drain the entire system. The valve incorporates PTFE seats, NBR O-rings, and a blowout-proof stem for smooth operation, dependable sealing, and long service life in potable water, hydronic heating, and mechanical piping applications.

Usage

This valve is installed inline on copper press piping to isolate branch lines, pumps, water heaters, boilers, manifolds, and other mechanical equipment. After the valve is closed, the integrated drain port can be opened to relieve pressure and drain the isolated section, making repairs, equipment replacement, and seasonal servicing faster and more efficient. The press ends create a permanent mechanical connection without soldering, making the valve ideal for residential, commercial, and institutional plumbing installations.
