The Woodford Model 17 1/2 in PEX Crimp Inlet Anti-Siphon Wall Faucet with Metal Handle is a premium residential frost-free wall hydrant designed for year-round outdoor water service. It features a 1/2 in PEX crimp inlet (F1807) for direct connection to PEX plumbing systems and a durable forged brass body with a heavy-duty copper tube. The faucet incorporates an integral anti-siphon backflow protection device that eliminates the need for an add-on vacuum breaker while protecting against backsiphonage up to 125 PSI. Its frost-free design places the shut-off valve inside the heated structure to help prevent freezing when installed correctly and the hose is removed. The powder-coated die-cast aluminum metal handle provides smooth, dependable operation and long service life.

Usage

The Woodford Model 17 is designed for residential outdoor applications including lawn and garden irrigation, hose connections, vehicle washing, pressure washing, and general exterior water service. The frost-free design automatically drains the water from the barrel after shutoff (when the hose is removed), helping prevent freeze damage during winter months.
