The 5M Brass Isolation Pump Flange with Drain is a lead-free brass full-port isolation valve with an integrated circulator pump flange and drain valve, designed for hydronic heating and hot water recirculation systems. It combines a full-port ball valve, pump flange connection, and service drain into a single compact assembly, allowing the circulator pump to be isolated and drained without shutting down the entire system. The integrated flange simplifies installation while reducing the number of fittings required. Available with blue or red lever handles, it provides easy identification of return and supply lines.

Usage

This isolation pump flange is installed directly on the suction or discharge side of a circulator pump in closed-loop hydronic heating, radiant floor heating, boiler, and domestic hot water recirculation systems. The full-port valve allows the pump to be isolated for maintenance or replacement, while the integrated drain valve enables safe draining and purging of the pump section without draining the entire system.
