The Watts Solder Isolation Pump Flange with Adjustable Virgin PTFE Seat is a lead-free brass full-port isolation valve designed for hydronic heating and domestic hot water recirculation systems. It combines a full-port ball valve and a standard circulator pump flange into a single compact assembly, allowing circulator pumps to be isolated for maintenance or replacement without draining the entire system. The valve features sweat (solder) copper connections, an adjustable virgin PTFE seat for smooth operation and extended service life, and a corrosion-resistant brass body built for demanding HVAC and hydronic applications.

Usage

This isolation pump flange is installed on the inlet or outlet of a circulator pump in hydronic heating, radiant floor heating, boiler, chilled water, and domestic hot water recirculation systems. The sweat connection is soldered directly to copper tubing, while the flange bolts to a compatible circulator pump. The integrated full-port ball valve allows the pump to be isolated for servicing or replacement, reducing downtime and eliminating the need to drain the entire piping system.
