Usage

The Little Giant BSC33T is installed in residential sump pits, crawl spaces, foundation drainage systems, and light effluent basins to remove groundwater, drainage water, and gray water containing semi-solids up to 3/8 inch. As the water level rises, the piggyback tethered mechanical float automatically activates the pump. The epoxy-coated cast iron impeller transfers water through the 1-1/2 inch discharge piping while the permanent intake teeth help prevent debris from clogging the pump. Once the water level drops, the float switch automatically shuts the pump off, providing reliable, unattended operation. This pump is intended for sump and light effluent applications and is not designed for raw sewage service.
