The Press Brass PEX x Press Adapter - Lead-Free Brass is designed to transition seamlessly between crimp PEX tubing and copper press piping systems in potable water and hydronic applications. Manufactured from lead-free forged brass, the fitting features a PEX barb connection on one end and a copper press socket with a factory-installed EPDM sealing element on the other, providing a durable, leak-free, and corrosion-resistant connection. The PEX barb is secured using a compatible copper crimp ring or stainless-steel clamp, while the press end installs quickly with any compatible copper press tool, eliminating the need for soldering or open flames.
