The ICMA 1 in Stainless Steel Manifold is a preassembled hydronic distribution manifold designed for radiant floor heating and low-temperature hydronic systems. Manufactured with corrosion-resistant stainless steel supply and return headers, it features individual flow meters for precise circuit balancing and thermostatic-ready return valves for optional room-by-room zone control. The assembly includes isolation ball valves with temperature gauges, automatic air vents, drain/fill valves, and anti-vibration mounting brackets, providing a complete solution for distributing heated water through multiple PEX circuits while simplifying installation and commissioning. Usage

The ICMA stainless steel manifold is installed between a boiler or heat pump and the individual radiant floor heating loops. Heated water enters the supply header where each circuit is balanced using the integrated flow meters. Water returns through thermostatic-ready valves that can operate manually or accept optional electrothermal actuators for individual room zoning. Integrated isolation valves, air vents, drain valves, and temperature gauges simplify filling, purging, balancing, maintenance, and future servicing of the hydronic heating system.
