Usage

The LEO LSD-373SV is installed in a residential sump basin to remove groundwater collected by foundation drains, basement drainage piping, or other approved water-entry systems. As the water level rises, the vertical float switch moves upward and automatically starts the pump. The impeller then discharges water through the 1-1/2-inch NPT outlet to an approved exterior drainage point. When the basin level falls, the float switch shuts the pump off automatically. The pump is suitable for basement drainage, floodwater removal, irrigation-water transfer, and general dewatering. It should not be used for raw sewage or liquids containing large solids.
