5M - GAS BALL VALAVE

The 5M Gas Ball Valve – FNPT × FNPT is a lead-free forged brass full-port gas shutoff valve designed for natural gas, propane, and LP gas distribution systems. It features female NPT threaded connections on both ends for quick installation into threaded gas piping. The full-port ball design provides unrestricted gas flow with minimal pressure loss, while the quarter-turn yellow lever handle allows fast and positive shutoff. Built for residential, commercial, and industrial gas applications, the valve delivers reliable long-term performance and corrosion resistance.

Usage

This gas ball valve is installed inline on threaded gas piping to isolate gas flow to furnaces, boilers, water heaters, fireplaces, ranges, dryers, generators, and other gas-fired appliances. The female NPT connections are designed for use with properly threaded black steel pipe, galvanized steel pipe, or approved gas piping systems using an appropriate thread sealant approved for gas service. The yellow handle clearly identifies the valve as intended for fuel gas applications.
