The Apollo Thermostatic Mixing Valve – Sweat is a lead-free thermostatic mixing valve designed to blend hot and cold water to provide a safe, consistent tempered water supply in residential and commercial domestic hot water systems. Featuring sweat (solder) copper connections on the hot, cold, and mixed water ports, the valve installs directly into copper piping while utilizing a precision thermostatic element that continuously compensates for changes in inlet temperature and pressure. The adjustable temperature control provides accurate mixed water delivery, helping reduce the risk of scalding while allowing higher water heater storage temperatures to improve hot water capacity and assist with Legionella control.

Usage
