CALEFFI - Z-One 3-4 Zone zone valve Control

The Caleffi Z-one™ ZVR Series Multi-Zone Valve Relay Board is an advanced zone valve control designed to manage multiple hydronic heating zones using low-voltage thermostats and motorized zone valves. Available in 3-zone and 4-zone configurations, the control coordinates zone valves, boiler operation, system pumps, secondary pumps, and priority domestic hot water zones from a single enclosure. The ZVR Series features LED status indicators, automatic resettable low-voltage protection, selectable priority and pump exercise functions, and expandable communication through Z-oneLink™ for larger systems. It is designed for residential and light commercial hydronic heating applications.

Usage

The Z-one™ relay board is installed as the central control panel for hydronic heating systems using motorized zone valves. It receives heating calls from low-voltage thermostats, powers the appropriate zone valves, monitors the valve end switches, and then activates the boiler, system circulator, secondary circulator, and optional domestic hot water priority pump. The controller also supports system expansion through Z-oneLink™ communication, allowing multiple control boards to operate together for larger multi-zone installations while simplifying wiring and diagnostics.
