ICMA - 1-1/4" Stainless Steel Manifold

The ICMA 1-1/4 in Stainless Steel Manifold is a preassembled hydronic distribution system designed for radiant floor heating and low-temperature heating applications. Its corrosion-resistant stainless steel supply and return headers distribute heated water evenly through multiple PEX circuits, while individual flow meters provide precise balancing of every loop. Thermostatic-ready return valves allow manual shutoff or optional electrothermal actuator control for room-by-room zoning. The complete assembly includes isolation ball valves, temperature gauges, air vents, drain and fill valves, and vibration-isolating mounting brackets. Available from 2 to 13 loops, this ICMA hydronic manifold provides efficient commissioning, accurate flow control, and organized mechanical-room installation.

Usage

The ICMA stainless steel manifold is installed between a boiler, heat pump, or hydronic mixing station and the individual PEX loops of a radiant floor heating system. Heated water enters the supply header and is distributed to each circuit, where the flow meter is adjusted to the calculated design flow. Water returning from each loop enters the return header through an individual shutoff valve. The white manual caps can be removed and replaced with compatible electrothermal actuators for thermostat-controlled zoning. The isolation valves shut off the complete assembly, while the air vents and drain/fill valves support purging, filling, commissioning, and routine system maintenance.
